The Story of RISE

RISE was born from a shared vision—a dream ignited by a group of passionate parents who wanted more for their children. We envisioned a space in Vernon, BC where kids could not only train in gymnastics but also grow, thrive, and experience the joy of movement in a supportive and uplifting environment.

More than just a gym, RISE is a community. A place where children, parents, and coaches uplift one another with kindness, respect, and encouragement. A place where integrity is not just expected but celebrated. A place where strength is nurtured—not just in the body, but in the mind, because true resilience comes from both.
